President - Denise Heroux
I started the Pet Stylist Relief Fund because I recognized the need for groomers to support one another. It’s about fostering a sense of community and ensuring we have each other's backs during challenging times. Together, we’re working to make the grooming industry stronger and more resilient.

Vice-President Of Education - Mary Oquendo
My journey in this industry has been marked by unwavering support. However, I've come to understand that emergencies, no matter how well-prepared we are, can still catch us off guard. The Pet Stylist Relief Fund is a beacon of hope, providing vital support to our industry in times of need. It allows me to support an industry that has always supported me.

Vice-President Of Marketing - Rachel Roxanne
Rachel Roxanne has been grooming since 2012, and like most of us, it became a great passion of hers! She focuses on education, making connections, and helping other groomers.
From shearing sheep to sculpting poodles, growing up in the animal world guided her towards a career bettering the life of our best companions. A sheep is really just a big dirty poodle when you think about it!
In 2023 Rachel's small Vermont farm was devastated by major flooding, destroying most of the property and putting their beloved farm animals at risk. After being told it was a “once in a century” disaster, the farm was hit with even worse flooding exactly one year later. The property, the animals, and her newly built salon (only months old in 2024) are currently still recovering, but she is making the best of a terrible situation and hopes to help others in a time they need it most. Her experience and resilience offer understanding and hope to the groomers we help here at PSRF. You are not alone! -
Treasurer - Amanda McGrath
When Denise first approached me about volunteering for the Pet Stylist Relief Fund, I was hesitant. With so many projects already on my plate, I wasn’t sure I could take on one more responsibility. However, as someone deeply committed to the well-being and success of professional pet groomers, I knew I had to step up. Being part of this nonprofit allows me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, staying true to my values of kindness and community. By helping to ensure that groomers have the resources and support they need when disaster strikes, I’m giving back to an industry that has given me so much.

Member At Large - Mindy Dinwiddie
I joined the board because I believe in the cause, helping groomers in need. I have always believed that we need to help each other, and what better way than to be part of an amazing organization that does just that.

Pet Stylist Relief Liaison - Jessica Clark
When groomers face disaster or hardship, I want them to know without a doubt: you are not alone, you are cared for, and support is here. My role is to make sure you feel seen, encouraged, and equipped — whether that’s helping provide tools to get you back to work or simply being a steady voice to remind you that brighter days are ahead.
